Austin Lovelace worked in my organization as the UX\UI Content Design Strategist. He was responsible for working on the Fortis Life Sciences website and optimizing the user experience. He checked calls to action and page layout designs to ensure our customers had an easy, frictionless, and friendly web experience.

I was impressed with Austin’s ability to complete all his assigned work and take practical action to ensure optimal website results. He demonstrated clear communication and focus and executed his tasks on time and within budget.

In November of 2022, Austin was let go from his position, not because of his performance or contribution, but strictly because of a cost cutting exercise. The company eliminated positions and not people.

I highly recommend Austin and welcome opportunity in the future to work with him again.
